It is our trustmark in our eHealth Card to assure that all records in it are properly verified by a licensed veterinarian. This hallmark serves as a safeguard for both pet owners and veterinarians by upholding information integrity. Every record entered undergoes thorough verification, making sure that only qualified professionals can authenticate medical entries.

Our strict authentication process is designed with security and accuracy in mind. The process exclusively uses a licensed veterinarian’s registered mobile number, safeguarding against unauthorized access. For every vaccine or anti-parasite record, a one-time password (OTP) is sent directly to the veterinarian. This OTP must be entered before any update is finalized on the eHealth Card, creating a verifiable chain of trust for every health intervention logged in the system.

Although this level of security may limit immediate ease of access, it is a vital step in protecting the credibility of the Vet Verified badge. Through this process, you can submit their paper records for professional authentication here and transcription by a partnered veterinarian in the eHealth Card network. This initiative is a stepping stone toward a more inclusive feature currently in development. Soon, pet owners whose veterinarians are not yet integrated with our network will be empowered to scan their paper vaccine cards.
