Is it ok if the leather accessory gets wet?

Yes, just like any other leather products such as shoes or bags, our leather pet accessories unavoidably get wet. While our leather accessories are top-coated with stain and water-proof coating to keep off occasional splashes of water from penetrating the leather, soaking wet leather is not always a great idea.

That is why soaking wet leather happens rarely! We’re sure your dog has another collar for swimming or taking a bath, that is if they wear a collar at all for that purpose. Just imagine wearing your favorite shoes to the shower instead of your bathroom rubber slippers is not normal. You know what we mean. 😉

If that rare instance happens though, don’t worry. A soaking wet leather can still be preserved as long as you take immediate care.
